Archival Network Partnerships (ANP)

The participatory and strategic relationship with the local community, and other institutions working in the field of archival work and academic research, constitute a solid basis for the continuation of the work of the Palestinian Museum, and the development of academic research partnerships with several local and international institutions, aiming to integrating research efforts in the context of archiving Palestine.

Partner Institutions

The Institute for Palestine Studies - Palestine Branch

Registered with the Palestinian Ministry of Interior as a branch of a foreign association, under the number (QR-0100-F) in Ramallah, the Institute for Palestine Studies – Palestine Branch is an independent, non-profit research institution, not affiliated with any political or governmental organizations. It organizes many conferences, workshops, seminars, and lectures amongst other academic events. The Institution publishes three quarterly magazines and has published several books in addition to compiling several databases and document collections related to the Palestinian issue, which constitute a rich source of information for researchers and scholars. The Institute for Palestine Studies prepared, in cooperation with the Palestinian Museum, an interactive timeline platform project "Pal-Journeys" that historizes the Palestinian issue.

The Arab Center for Applied Social Studies (Mada al-Carmel)

An independent, non-profit research institution, founded in 2000, and headquartered in Haifa. The center is concerned with human and national societal development, and it aims to encourage applied and theoretical research on Palestinian society. Mada al-Carmel focuses on social, educational and economic needs of Palestinians besides the national identity and democratic citizenship. The center also deals with broader issues related to identity, citizenship and democracy in multi-national states.

Khazaaen

A voluntary independent association that is based in Jerusalem. Khazaeen was launched in October of 2016 as an initiative and a collective effort of Arab youth from different parts of the world, aiming to establishing a societal archive that documents people’s stories and daily life of Palestine and the Arab world through gathering ephemera material.
